ModaVue is committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly refund process. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, the procedures customers must follow, and ModaVue’s obligations in such circumstances. Eligibility for Refunds

ModaVue offers refunds for eligible purchases under certain conditions. Refunds may be requested for products that are defective, damaged, or do not meet the description provided at the time of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the customer must adhere to the conditions set forth in this policy, including submitting a request within the specified timeframe and providing proof of purchase.


Please note that due to the on-demand nature of our production process, refunds are not granted for items that are ordered incorrectly (e.g., wrong size or color selection) unless there is an issue attributable to ModaVue or its production partners, such as a misprint or manufacturing defect.

Refund Timeframe

Customers seeking a refund must submit their request within 14 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for refunds. The date of receipt will be determined based on the tracking information provided by our shipping carriers.

Conditions for Full or Partial Refunds

ModaVue provides full refunds for eligible products that are returned in their original condition with all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. For products that are returned in a non-resalable condition or with missing components, ModaVue reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on the product’s state upon return.


Shipping fees, customs charges, and taxes are generally non-refundable, unless the refund is a result of an error by ModaVue or our production partners.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, customers must contact ModaVue’s support team at support@modavue.store, providing the following information:

     ○ Order number and proof of purchase.

     ○ A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

     ○ Photographic evidence of defects, damages, or other issues with the product, if                       applicable.

Upon receiving the request, ModaVue will review the submission and provide instructions on the next steps, which may include returning the product. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

Processing Time for Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Customers will be notified via email once their refund has been issued

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

     ○ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

     ○ Custom or personalized products, unless defective or damaged.

     ○ Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
 

Third-Party Fulfillment and Refund

Since ModaVue operates using an on-demand model through third-party production partners, some refund requests may require additional processing time to coordinate with our partners. ModaVue will work closely with these providers to resolve any issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
